Privacy Policy

In short

• Your records are stored in a database located in India (Mumbai).
• We use AI from OpenAI (United States) to generate text and to transcribe audio. What you entrust to us is not used to train AI models.
• Audio is sent only to be converted into text. The audio itself is not stored.
• You can delete your records and export them for your own keeping at any time. Exporting is free of charge.
• We do not show advertising inside the service. We use tools from Meta and Google to measure advertising performance and site usage.
• If the business is transferred in the future, the information entrusted to us may move to the successor.

Information collected

Email address, date of birth, birth time, birthplace, and other information you provide; the content of what you tell us through the dialogue and consultation features (audio is received only to be converted into text, and the audio itself is not stored); the nickname, date of birth, and relationship type you enter for the other person in the compatibility feature; and your own nickname entered when sharing. When you make a purchase, we record the payment identifier and the date and time (card details are handled by the payment provider and are not held by us). When you contact us, we record your name, email address, and the content of your inquiry, together with your IP address and browser information. If you join a waitlist, we record your email address.

Purpose of use

Providing the service, performing calculations and generating results, responding in dialogue and consultation, and responding to inquiries. The content of conversations entrusted to us through the consultation and dialogue features may be used to create reports and analyses addressed to you. We do not use it beyond the scope of this purpose. We also do not allow the content of conversations to be used to train external AI models. From what you tell us through the dialogue feature, AI may extract cues about your physical condition, mood, rhythm, and cycles and store them as your own record.

Third-party sharing

We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. If the business of the Service is succeeded to through a business transfer, merger, or other cause, the information obtained through the Service may be transferred to the successor.

External services and where data is stored

We use Stripe for payment processing, OpenAI for AI analysis, dialogue, and audio transcription, Resend for sending email, and Supabase / Vercel for infrastructure. Each provider's privacy policy applies. Your records are stored in a database operated by Supabase in India (Mumbai). Stripe, OpenAI, Resend, Supabase, and Vercel are all companies headquartered in the United States.

YURURI (formerly KASANE) lets you use its features — diagnosis, dialogue, consultation, and others — with a single account, and the information obtained is shared among those features.

For AI analysis, text generation, and dialogue, the Service may send part of the information you enter to external AI services (such as OpenAI). In the dialogue feature, audio is sent to OpenAI to be converted into text. The information sent is limited to what is necessary to provide the service, and is not used to train the models of those external AI services.

If your birthplace is not in our built-in list, the place name you entered is sent to a map service (OpenStreetMap) to look up its location. When a share image is created, the headline text of your result is sent to Google LLC's font delivery service in order to render the text.

We also entrust part of our operations to external services (payment, AI processing, email delivery, infrastructure, and the like) within the scope necessary to provide the service, and provide them with the necessary information. These do not constitute provision to third parties.

Advertising and analytics tools

To measure and optimize advertising performance, we use tools provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram) — the Meta Pixel and Conversions API. Information about your visits, interactions, and purchases may be sent to Meta via cookies and identifiers. This data is handled in accordance with Meta's data policy. To understand and improve how the service is used, we also use Google LLC's analytics tool (Google Analytics), and information about your visits and interactions is sent to Google via cookies and similar technologies.

Retention and deletion

We retain the information entrusted to us until your account is deleted. We do not delete it automatically after a fixed period.

If you have created an account, you can delete your account and records yourself from My Page (currently provided in the Japanese interface at /mypage), or by emailing support@yururi.me. When you delete your account, we erase your dialogue, consultation, and diagnosis records, the information entered in the compatibility feature, and your profile. The following remain after account deletion: the payment identifier and date and time, records of email unsubscription, the content of inquiries, and waitlist email addresses. If you would like these deleted, please contact support@yururi.me.

You can export your dialogue, consultation, and diagnosis records for your own keeping at any time from My Page. Exporting is free of charge.

If you take a diagnosis without creating an account, the information you entered is saved at the point you proceed to an action such as purchase. If you have not created an account, please contact support@yururi.me to request deletion. We will respond promptly.

Until July 2026, the dialogue feature stored audio. If you would like audio from that period deleted, please contact support@yururi.me.

Use by minors

A minor may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or other legal representative. Persons under 13 years of age may not use the Service.
